The goal of Healing Self-Talk is to enhance:
- Physical healing.
- Emotional well-being.

- Grounded– fully present in the body.
- Breathing-slow and low into the belly.
- Offering– healing phrases on the in-breath.
PHYSICAL HEALING
“I am healing.”
“I am healing my body.”
“Father, I am healing my whole body.”
“Father, I am healing my feet and hands.”
“Father, may my feet and hands be well.”

EMOTIONAL HEALING
I am healing.
I am healing my fear.
Father, I am healing my fear.
Father, I am healing my fear of rejection.
Father, may my fear of rejection be well.

Notes:
The use of naming a higher force/source is optional.
Healing self-talk is most effective upon waking, and before sleeping.
If possible, gently repeat out loud and from with the heart/chest area.
The conscious mind may become bored with the repetition of the phrases.
The subconscious mind is eager to receive, beautiful healing phrases of intention.
Smiling and softening the body generate alpha brain waves are enormously more powerful.
Alpha is said to be the gateway to your subconscious mind and is the brain wave frequency of meditation.
